This series is for beginners. You will see a lot of similarities to the Ghosh 26, with a few additions and adjustments to address what I consider to be shortfalls in that series, namely hip stability and upper body strength.

This is meant for reference, not for teaching. To learn these postures safely, find a qualified teacher.
