My Personal Practice
My practice is always changing according to my needs, goals and progress. I draw heavily from the Ghosh Complete Series and the Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate series'. I also practice various Pranayama (energy and breath) and Kriya techniques. I am currently working into the deeper backbends of the Full Series, the arm, shoulder and abdominal strength of Peacock, Tiger and Handstand, the hip rotation of the Lotus and Tortoise Series, and leg flexibility of the Splits.
I am also trying to fill some physical gaps that I perceive in the series. Specifically, strength in the inner thighs (Opposite Foot Side Plank) and hip stabilization (Angle Pose, Horse, Balancing Half Moon, One Leg No Arms Bridge).
