There are almost infinite positions we can put our bodies into. The goal of yoga postures is to use the positions that improve physical health and mind-body connection. Below are 4 groups of postures, 3 of which are from the Ghosh lineage. Each series is a little more advanced than the last, adding more difficult postures. The 4th group (141+) is a combination of Ghosh postures with postures from other traditions.
