Series of PosturesGHOSH 26
This is a series of 26 postures for beginners, developed by Bikram Choudhury. When done in a hot room with specific instruction, it is known as "Bikram Yoga." GHOSH 30 This is a series for beginners. It is similar to the GHOSH 26 series with a few extra postures to improve the overall balance of the practice. GHOSH 40 This series of 40 postures is for intermediate level practitioners. GHOSH COMPLETE 84 This is the complete list of postures in the traditional Ghosh Lineage. For use by advanced practitioners. 141+ This is a personal list of postures that I use for my own practice and development. It draws from Ghosh, Ashtanga, Forrest and other yoga styles. |
